Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Qmin Infotech Private Limited (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you email us or send an enquiry through a form on this site, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and details about your project.

Technical information. Like most websites, the servers that host this site and deliver its images automatically record basic request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data. This site does not currently use analytics cookies; if we add them, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
  • To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver and support the work.
  • To keep this website secure and working properly.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use the information you send us only for the purpose you sent it for. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as far as they need it:

  • Our website hosting provider, which serves the pages you visit.
  • Sanity, the content platform that stores and delivers this site’s text and images.
  • Formspree, which receives the enquiries you send through this site’s contact form and forwards them to our inbox.
  • Our email provider, which delivers the messages you send us.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We also disclose data where required by law or a valid order from a court or government authority.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months if the enquiry does not become a project. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to retain them.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or complete data that is inaccurate.
  • Erase your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent you have given for a particular use.

To make a request, email keyur@qmininfotech.in. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data you share with us.

This site links to websites we have built for clients and to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read their policies when you visit them.
